Individual Relationship counseling is offered to those who want to improve relationships in their life. Relationships include friendships, family, or romantic. Learn healthy communication skills, boundaries, and increase self-confidence.
Pre-marital counseling includes the Prepare-Enrich assessment and digital workbook (a physical copy is available for purchase). This is a comprehensive relationship assessment and feedback; typically, 4 to 8 sessions are needed.
Marriage counseling is tailored to the needs of the couple. Before being seen as a couple, each individual will have an initial assessment session.
